What Is The Safe & Sound Protocol?
The Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) is a cutting-edge innovative somatic therapy system designed as a vehicle for a non-invasive application of the Polyvagal Theory. The SSP was developed based on decades of research by Dr. Stephen Porges who is known for his introduction of the Polyvagal Theory in the 90s.
Multiple peer-reviewed research articles have demonstrated the efficacy of the SSP in supporting agency and control over emotions, improved hearing and listening, and better behavioral organization.
